I love the wagon! Is sturdy and well-built. Looks like it will last a good while. My 18 month old son climbed right in when I built it and had the biggest smile on his face. The metal body is deep enough that I feel he is secure. Smells strong from the rubber tires, but that will go away in time. The air-up tires is one of the things I love about it. This is a rugged wagon with multiple uses.

The only thing I caution you against is the packaging. I cannot believe the shape in which the box arrived. No joke, it was split open and the top was flapping in the wind. All the staples along one side came apart. It was a miracle that all the parts were still in tact, even the little bag of screws somehow made it through the storm. I called the company to let them know the shape in which the box arrived, but who knows if they will do anything about it. I see I am not the only person to compalin about this. So, I suppose you just take your chances as I did after reading the previous reviews.

Purchased this product for X-Mas for my 1 1/2 year old. Purchased due to product name (Schwinn), 4-wheel steering for maneuverability and the air tires. Tried to put together the other night and found the brackets for the 4-wheel steering bent (had to bend them back into place). The hardware bag did not contain the "wave washers" for proper mounting of the wheels. Trying to find them at a local hardware store is difficult. I'm sure it's too close to X-Mas to have replacement parts sent out.... Another issue is the wheels come pre-assembled. Had to go through and re-tighten all of the bolts on the wheels as most were ready to come apart.

It seems that overall this is a heavy well-made product but is very lacking in Quality Control and hardware packaging. I may have received the one out of hundreds with this issue but so close to X-Mas it has been disappointing. Especially with the Schwinn name. If the correct parts were included this would have been a quick 20 minute assembly. Will post an updated review once I get the wagon fully assembled. Ensure you have all the required parts prior to assembly!!!
