Cheap quality, poor performance. It regularly beeps because it's out of range. The battery life is quite short - twice now, it has died while I was asleep, and the low-battery warning isn't loud enough to wake me up. You can get better monitors for less - I'm surprised that a top-name brand performs this poorly.

We moved into a new apartment and I can't hear my 10 month old very well so decided to finally get a monitor. I like most Samsung products so I thought this would be a good monitor I could use for many years. I was very disappointed with the quality, it seemed very cheap and not worth the high price. Not only is the quality bad but it didn't even work since it beeped because it was out of range when in my bedroom. I'm returning it, I'm really annoyed that I paid so much for something that doesn't work for me.
