Comments about Prograde Finger Pinch Preventer:

I liked the idea of these to keep fingers from getting pinched and it worked like shown on the package. But when we decided to remove them so the kids could sleep with their door closed one night, the door no longer shut easily as they caused the hinges to bend and now we have to replace the door hinges. We won't be using them anymore....

Comments about Prograde Finger Pinch Preventer:

With my older son, I had purchased the white finger pinch guards. They work, but the foam material made them a bit flimsy, and they are a lot thicker than these finger guards. I like that these are smaller and more durable, and that they can go on the door in a variety of ways. Def check them out, the extra 2 bucks is worth it!! Also, if your little one does get a hold of them, they won't be able to tear them with their teeth, and they are easy to disinfect.

Comments about Prograde Finger Pinch Preventer:

I had been given some foam things similar to these but they fell apart within a year. These are sturdy and last forever! I can put them on the doorknob side of the door to stop the door from closing or on the hinge side of the door to actually keep the door open most of the way. My kids learned really fast that it just wasn't worth it play with the doors. I even pack these when I stay at hotels. Couldn't live without them.

I love these for our French doors - they keep my daughter from pinching her fingers in the hinges AND from closing the doors all the way (which she always likes to do, but we want the fresh air!)
