My eight month old can remove these easily. We have to put tape over them until we buy better ones. They worked well for our first child, but the second one is more sneaky and can remove them with no problem!

easy fit and difficult for my little one to pull out; however, i don't see how it's any different from the plain and cheaper styles. i don't regret the purchase, but it's not much more sophisticated than the original version.
