* Easy to install
* Works well for girls, for boys, I feel the hole would be a bit too small
* My 3 year old can comfortably sit on the toilet without the fear of falling into the hole. However, we only have one bathroom in our apartment, so when an adult has to use the same toilet, it gets too challenging : My husband has to hold the toilet seats when he has to pee, when I sit down on the toilet, the trainer seat falls on my back.
* Also once the trainer seat is installed, the toilet seat lid cannot close completely.

*** I would recommend this product only if you have a girl child and a separate bathroom for your kid at home.

it does not fit my toilet. it is to small for my 1 year old son. like the hole is just not wide enough. so there you have it. you are taking a risk by buying this product. very disappointing.

The cheap, rough plastic on the underside collects urine that cannot be scrubbed off. My toddler is scared of the brown gunk, and won't use the seat. Safety 1st does not answer their phones. Another cheap product from Safety 1st.

I love the idea of having the seat attached to the toilet, but it could not fit on the kind of toilet we have. So we are not able to use it.

Have twin girls so after reading reviews about not working for boys we thought we would try it. The design wouldn't fit our normal Kohler round toilet. Ok not a total waste maybe it will work in the other bathroom with an oval toilet. Well it barely would install but then it wouldn't let you lift the seat up for normal size sitting use or it wouldn't let you raise the lid for male use either. Ending up paying more for an entire unit which has lid, seat, child seat all in one. You can later remove child seat it is looks and works like a regular seat.

I was pricing the toilet seat with the built in child seat and was expecting to pay 50. for it. This does the same thing for much much less! It was easy to install and works great. What a great idea!

This is incredibly useful and very easy to install. I had it installed within 5 minutes of taking it out of the box. It is useful because my daughter wants to go on the big potty like her sister does and refuses to go on the smaller training potty. It is a little flimsy, but for less than $10 I still think it is pretty good quality. The only drawback I have seen so far is that the seat won't stay up now when my husband has to use the restroom, but that hasn't really been an issue at all.

Seems like a great idea, but it didn't fit my toilet seat. The bracket that secures the seat to the existing toilet seat looks like it fits a specific type of toilet seat. Look carefully at the picture, maybe it will work for some people.

This was a GREAT idea. I really wanted it to work. BUT, it didn't fit my STANDARD toilet seat (nothing special about my toilet seat....and it's less than a year old so there have been no major design changes). I returned this item.

This item is also flimsy. If it fit, I would have kept it...it's not very expensive, and when my daughter got heavy enough, I would have changed it.

Love this seat. It clips onto your existing toliet It comes with a piece that goes under the screws then the seat pops on and that is it. Never had any guests have a problem figuring it out, and It't my kids' favorite toliet. Need to get another one for upstairs.

We purchased this item despite the poor reviews. When it arrived, my husband installed it and it works wonderfully! It is compact, and flips up for adults to use the same toilet without dealing with a bulky potty seat. We have a small bathroom, and not much storage, so this is really the perfect solution! I love that you can even close the toilet lid with the seat attached and it works!

I would not recommend this product. We had to buy a new toilet seat because it didn't fit with the oblong shape toilet seat we had. And the opening is too small for my small 3-year-old daughter. Pee gets all over the place.

This works really well as my potty training daughter wants to use the big toilet like mommy and daddy.
It is easy to lift the lid when my husband wants to use the toilet. It is also great for travel. My daughter refuses to use the small baby bjorn potty that we have for her.
The only drawback is that it won't work for all toilets- you have to have a standard size seat, no elongated or peculiar shapes.
