This car seat and stroller were recommended to me by a friend. I should have done more research myself. This has been our only car seat for 10 months, and I'm buying a new one even though my daughter hasn't outgrown it yet because I hate it so much.

This car seat does not have a way to easily adjust the straps; this must be done from the back. It is such a pain to adjust that I'm tempted to leave it even if it's too tight or too loose. (I do always adjust it because fit is a safety concern.)

The handle requires a lot of hand strength to change the position. This sounds whiny, but moving the car seat in and out of the car requires a lot of changing handle positions, and it's very difficult to do, particularly while trying to soothe the baby, hold on to other things, etc.

The stroller works pretty well as long as you're going in a straight line. It does fold with one hand and hold a lot of groceries. However, one handed steering is almost impossible. Additionally, the sunshade has a stiff, heavy, metal hoop in it. When the wind blows the sunshade back and you have your hands on the handle, you get a sharp rap on the knuckles, nun-style.

In short, I would never buy this product again, and would like to actively discourage anyone else from doing so either.
