After trying to use the nail clipper from the Winnie the Pooh kit I bought here, I was so frustrated. The clipper was not sharp which meant I had to press down several times to get it to cut the nail. Time after time the nail would just bend even after multiple tries. My baby was not patient at all with this slow process and would invariable struggle and cry. I bought this clipper just to reach my free shipping $ amount. These clippers are fantastic! Easy to use and grip... and the nail comes off as soon as I apply pressure. Quick and easy - and no crying, squirming baby! Can't believe these are so inexpensive!

I purchased a safety 1st nail clipper 10 years ago when my daughter was still an infant. It's lasted us this long and still going. Back then there wasn't the extra handle. I loved the clipper so much I even use it for adults so I decided to order two more. The handle is a bit awkward and takes some time getting use to. One of the clippers were very sharp and while the other was also sharp there was a bit of chrome blocking the blade. After several uses it seems to be fine. Overall, these don't compare to the first one I bought but it surpasses the more expensive adult nail clippers, i.e. ones from a famous tweezer brand. Quality control needs a bit of improvement, but it's a good buy considering the price.

Cheap but not cheap quality. Works perfectly for their fingernails. I like how it has the large white part you can hold on to so you aren't trying to grasp such small clippers.

This is a baby basic that should be part of every diaper bag. I use it on my newborn, 4 and 2 year old kids. You don't need a fancy clipper-this one is great for little nails of all ages.

Not bad. Does the job but I like the First Years Red Cross ones better. I never used the magnifying glass but the blades seemed sharper to me.

I had these with my first daughter who is now 3 and we lost a pair and one got damaged. But I love these clippers! They are simple to use and cut really well. My second child didn't like having her nails cut so when I switched to these, the crying was only about 25% of what it was before.

found this item difficult to use, especially with a squirmy baby that hates getting her nails clipped. One of the grips is too short and has no plastic covering on it, so you are trying to press on a metal part. I prefer the first aid ones.

These are the best nail clippers, and I have not ONCE cut my son's flesh with them! Everyone I know with those bulky, crazy looking "safety clippers" always cut skin because there is so much in the way that you cannot see the nail that you are clipping! These are simple, durable, and they are so easy for grown-up hands to hold. Don't even bother with other clippers!
