          over all poor quality costume,esp the material. It's too big for for my 6 month old she is swimming in it, and the hat does not stay on, it fits (the hat) my 5 year old better. I paid [$] and now it's on sale for [$]. I wonder if this is because I complained.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
