I did a search for age group "2 years" and this set popped up. It looked cute so I ordered it. The package clearly states 4+ years, so the wings are too big for my 2 y.o. - I will have to adjust the connecting piece for them to fit. They do not attach with velcro but with elastic that goes on the shoulders like a backpack, it looks wierd and doesn't keep the wings on. Luckily I have velcro at home, so now I have some sewing to do. Now, the sequins of the body piece are glued on, not sewn on, one sequin already fell off out of the package. The body piece also attaches with ribbons like an apron which is not the greatest look. The antennae are ok but you can see glue on the sequins. So, the quality is really very poor, and it is listed as age inappropriate on the web-site, will survive one time use only. I am glad I had a 20% discount coupon. Also, get ready to be covered with glitter - it goes everywhere.

I wish there was a review when I ordered this product. There are no instructions or sizing on the site. To me, this appeared to be a 'sew-on' type of outfit, so it would fit any size, but it is not. The chest plate(which is shedding glitter everywhere) attaches with two short pieces of ribbon that would only fit around the back of a very slender child, or a baby(but it is too long for a baby), and the wings have elastic loops for around the child's arms, but were too large for my one year old. I would reccomend this if youre in a bind for a dress-up outfit, not a holloween costume, and for a child around the age of 4 that is thin. The headband is cheap and would probably snap in half if picked up quickly enough.

The chest piece is coming apart after ONE wearing (made of a papery material, not cloth just so you know). True, it is inexpensive and I wasn't expecting it to last forever, but ... One strap has come off already and the glitter and sequins are already flaking off (first day of use). The elastic arm bands to hold the wings on are not sized for toddlers -- they are GIANT. It's just like the elastic that gave out on our old wings (the reason we had to replace them). Maybe they are okay for a bigger kid? Sequins also fell off of headband within minutes. These were just used inside, average play-- not rough at all. Overall, a TOTAL waste of money.

We got this for Halloween this year. My 5 year old daughter tried it on and was very excited to use it. Just from trying it on one time 5 or 6 of the gold cirlce decorations fell off the bodice piece. I noticed they weren't sewn on but glued. Not very high quality design - the whole thing is made to last maybe one or two wears. Wish it was made better, my daughter looks really cute in it.
