My five-year-old will actually eat these. He didn't like another brand of Omega-3s that we tried. The Rhino brand seems to have a better taste. No complaints, although I suspect the dosage on these isn't high enough to make a difference in a child who has developmental problems, but I figure they can't hurt, and maybe they might help in some way.
