I do not own this specific Recaro Seat but I do own another model. Very top quality.

BOOSTER seats do not require a latch. They use your existing seat belt that is in your car. That is why a booster seat is rated for older/heavier children and not made for newborns.

Comments about ProBooster - Riley:

This car seat looks good, but have no latch connectors and I just don't feel safe puting my daughter in this seat. I have to return it. The seat moves with her if I make a turn. Also, I am afraid that if I will drive with my other baby daugher this seat- if empty -will fell on her in case of accident, because of the lack of latches. This seat would be perfect if it have safety latches instaled.
