These are great multivitamins BUT the image here may be outdated. The bottle I received had a couple of differences in ingredients and coating:

Vitamin E - 30IU
Other ingredients: (natural mineral and vegetable source): microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose, silica. Coating: hydroxy propyl cellulose, pharmaceutical glaze.

So although these are not huge differences I did note it doesn't say it contains soy in my bottle unlike the one in the image.

In any case, a well rounded pill. Great to take only one.

BUT if you have trouble taking a large pill and are sensitive to scents at the moment this one may not be for you.
I find the smell to be very unappealing but I deal with it and haven't had any icky burp ups or nausea from them.
Also, it doesn't have one of the smooth coatings to make it go down super easy like some have (soft gel coating like advil liquid gels for example)

I would recommend the Nature Made Multi + DHA. Although it isn't as well rounded as this one it is also 1 soft gel/day and no smell, no burps and goes down super easy AND you get some DHA included.

Don't forget to take additional calcium at another time of day than your prenatal multi! None of the prenatals have enough calcium for a pregnant mommy and you shouldn't take calcium at the same time of day as it won't absorb well due to the ingredients in the multi. Just an FYI :)

I have used these prenatals for years, during two pregnancies and for a year after each while I am breast feeding. I like that it uses whole foods to obtain the important nutrients I need and, if I take it at night, it does not lead to nausea.

These vitamins really worked for me. This is my second pregnancy and during the first pregnancy I insisted on taking a plant based vitamin that was 4 capsules a day. That was really hard to sustain, and I found that my stomach would get upset easily.
However, with this pregnancy I chose this vitamin because it required only one capsule a day, and I take it at night before bed, to minimize any stomach upset. So far, my stomach has never been upset, and I'm 38 weeks pregnant.
Very happy with them. No bad taste or smell.

This vitamin is amazing and it's vegan! I love it and recommend it to everyone I know. It doesn't cause nausea, it gives you energy and it's amazing for the baby!

I have tried many different prenatal vitamins and this is so far the only like that I have taken that doesn't make me feel sick. It is easy on your stomach and digests easily too plus you only have to take is once a day and not 2-3 a day which I could never keep up with. These pills are large so I have to break them in half to take. I used to buy these at the [...] grocery store but now with these prices, it's much cheaper to buy here online.

I love this product. The other pre-natal vitamins I tried upset my stomach and I would have to sleep sitting up. When I tried these, my energy increased and I felt great! No complaints! I am just going to make these my daily vitamin from here on out - even when not prego!

These vitamins were highly recommended to me by a cousin who took them. She explained how they are very good for fatigue, because it has the nutrients and plenty of B vitamins that your body needs to feel more energetic. As soon as I started taking them, I noticed an increase in my energy level. Of course any pregnant woman would welcome the onset of more energy. I also noticed a drastic decrease in energy if I ever forgot to take my vitamin for the day. Another thing that gets my vote is the probiotics and other ingredients to aid in digestion. I highly recommend and have even purchased these vitamins in the mini tablets for a friend.

I am in my 3rd pregnancy and it is the first time I took any vitamins at all through a pregnancy. I like having to only take this in the morning. Nice to know it's made of whole food products.

I tried other pre-natals during my pregnancy, and while I have a pretty strong stomach and no morning sickness, they all made me unbearably nauseous! Rainbow Light has NO NAUSEA side effects. Highly recommended!
