I like the integrative multi vitamins that combine probiotics, enzymes, herbs, whole foods with vitamins and minerals. It makes it easier to remember to give the essentials to children. I give an additional calcium/magnesium supplement already, but the percentage of RDV of this multi is very low, so if your child doesn't eat dairy, you really need to make sure they are getting other good sources. Good multi for the price, though, as some children's vitamins are extremely overpriced for the value of ingredients. Rainbow Light is definitely a good brand to try!
