I previously purchased another big name wagon. When I brought it home, I found front wheels and other parts were missing from the box. I was going to contact the company directly to order the missing parts when I read blogs stating this company was having problems with the front wheels. This is when I did further research and found the Comfort Embrace. It was not available in our local stores and all other websites were not only higher in price than Diapers.com, but also took weeks for delivery. Diapers.com had it delivered to my door in two days! It was a gift for my 7 month and 20 month old grandsons. I filled it w/presents and sat it in front of the Christmas Tree. My 20 month old grandson took all the gifts out of it and threw them aside wanting to climb inside right away. Over the course of the night he asked to go back in several times and would not allow us to take it out of his sight! My 7 month old grandson safely and securing sat it in with the help of the 5 point harness and comfort seat. now that i see this and compare it to all others i realize my daughter and son-in-law would not have been able to use any other type of wagon for their two children of this age. the comfort seat is a must for any chidren under 18 months! the wagon is very durable and is wider inside than the competitor, due to thinner plastic walls. My 20 month old grandson sits low enough in the seat to keep him from falling over the side. The storage bag is huge and there is extra storage behind the comfort seat. It is the only wagon i researched that had brakes to the front wheels. the only negative is that i think i would have preferred swivel wheels to both front and back to ease in back ups and turns- but no wagons have this feature and I think I would have preferred the storage duffle bag to be removable. all in all, i love this wagon and am so glad not only that i bought it, but also that i bought it from diapers.com.
