The stroller looks very chic and seems easy to maneuver. We're tiny people so looks like this could last my baby from birth until he is at least 3-4 years old. But my baby is still a couple of weeks away from birth. So I'm yet to give it a real trial and will update the review again then to focus on the product. For now, wanted to comment on the awesome customer service experience I had. I called Diapers.com to check if this came with adapters for the Maxi Cosi Mico Infant Car Seat as I was debating between the Moodd stroller (which did but was more expensive) and the Quinny Buzz. The person was super helpful. I ordered and in less than 24 hours of placing my order, my stroller had reached my home in perfect shape (with adapters)!! I'm scandalized by such awesome customer service![@] could really learn something here, as could [@] customer service itself. And [@], which I usually prefer, had an amazingly unhelpful "stroller expert".

So living in Manhattan, I had stroller envy. Obnoxious, I know, but it's true. No longer!! My son looks awesome rocking in his Quinny and Maxi Cosi car seat. Also, we love how easy it is to use the bassinet and then swap out for the car seat depending on what we are doing.
