I loved this product, until I found the plug-in from the cord to the unit smoldering and giving off a burning smell. This happened with not one but TWO separate units, purchased at different times/places. I just couldn't take a chance on something really bad happening, so I have just been putting them in a tupperware tub and they've been fine, no issues with mold or mildew or anything else. I like the product's performance, just not the safety risk it poses.

This is a pretty high quality wipes warmer. I use it with Grovia cloth wipes and Kissaluvs diaper lotion potion and the result is a soft, soothed bum with no rashes. I just open the whole lid up to use it and I don't have any problems with fighting the slit at the top. When I open the lid the condensation drips down into the warmer without leaking out. I got this so that my cloth wipes would stay wet but the warm wipe on my baby's butt is a huge plus. Usually she kicks her legs in surprise but with a warm terry cloth wipe with my soothing wipes combo on her bum she smiles softly and appreciatively. I change her whenever she's even a little wet and it doesn't startle her awake. I've read reviews talking about mold or brown wipes but I just wet the white sponge at the bottom and let it sit in a couple millimeters of water to keep it wet. I have not experienced any problems and I live in a mold prone climate.

This wipes warmer works great. It keeps the wipes nice and warm and does not dry them out or turn them brown. It has made changing my son a lot easier. Love the built in night light. Great product to own.

I love accessories, but thought that a diaper warmer was one of those items you register for and may be unnecessary. I was wrong! Living in New England, our home is warm but during the cold months the wipes were just too cold to put on our newborn's skin especially in the middle of the night. After having him, I ordered this warmer and I'm so glad that I did. It works perfectly and I'm pleased with the function.

This diaper warmer keeps my cloth wipes perfectly warm and moist. I couldn't decide how I wanted to fold or roll my wipes, so I ended up simply scrunching them up and placing them in the warmer, which works fine for me. The warmer holds enough wipes for two full days, which is exactly the diaper wash schedule I'm on, so I'm happy with that. The warmer has a light on the front, but it isn't bright enough to see what you're doing in the middle of the night (not a big deal to me). The best thing about the warmer is my baby seems to love it (much better than cold disposable wipes which encourage diaper rash).

My newborn would scream when I put the cold wipes on his tush. I never thought I would own a diaper warmer but I was posed with this dilemma when it came to these screaming diaper changes. The warmer made a huge difference and worked pretty quickly.
Some reviews mentioned the brown or discolored wipes. I haven't found that to be true. The pad that you get wet did turn a bit brown after the first week. If you ring it out and get it wet again the brown will go away.
I am a proud owner of a diaper warmer...

This model is "okay". It works well... but now AS well as the Munchkin Deluxe Warmer. When this model arrived, the lid would not stay closed. I ordered another one and it was fine. The wipes stay wet and warm in this model... but, not nearly as warm as the Munchkin Deluxe Warmer. The exterior design of this model LOOKS the best of the 3 warmers I tried. But, that's not really a reason to buy it. The pillow refills for this unit are a bit pricey, but work well. As a matter of fact, I use the pillows in my other warmer (Munchkin Deluxe).

I received this product for a baby shower gift . It is very nice to have a warmer to keep my little man's wipes warm but I have had to replace the lid three times now ( I have only had it for a year ), and you have to use both hands to pull out the wipes . I have tried different wipes in the product and still need two hands to get them out !

This works perfectly. I have had no problems. It heats a rather large stack of wipes all the way through in a couple of hours. I'm sure my baby appreciates it especially since its winter!

The very first pack of wipes i put in there, the little sponge thing dried up and turned brown. it turned all the wipes brown, too, and made them stink. Now, every time i put wipes in there, i just pour a whole glass of water in, and that keeps it from drying out.
the wipes are warm, though, so my Loganberry is happy!

This is a great product that my mother has said she wished they had when I was a baby. I don't know what other people are talking about when they say it doesn't warm the wipes and that they dry out... It warms them great and it has never dried out a single wipe for me! You do have to rinse and re-wet the pad once a week or it will dry out. You will notice a little bit of brown-ish coloring on the pad when you take it out, but it rinses right out! The pad refills are inexpensive and last for a few months, so no need to worry about expensive upkeep. This is a life saver during those late night diaper changes when you don't want to surprise your baby with a freezing cold wipe on their bottom. I love this product!

I used this with my first baby, and she loved it. It kept her happy during those cold, late night diaper changes.

On the other hand, the wipes eventually get dried out and I had to wet them in water to make them moist again. Also, the wipes turn a brownish color if they've been "cooking" for too long.

I didn't purchase this again for my other two babies because I decided it was better to just run their wipes under hot water to make them warm.

However, if you want them warmed quickly, then this is a good buy.

I bought this when I was pregnant with son, in 2008, I have used it in the winter for him, seeing how the wipes seemed soo cold. I am having a girl in September and plan on using the wipes warmer for her! as long as you buy the replacement pillows for it you should not have a problem, keeps every wipe, first to last nice and warm.

We bought this, and I have tried using less wipes in it, tried different brands even. Yet it just doesn't keep them warm. The ones towards the bottom are warm enough, but towards the top they just don't get the heat (even overnight!). Even if you do get a warm one, by the time I got it to my baby's bum, it was basically cold again.

Although I didn't have a trouble with them drying out, nor pulling them out. I guess if you buy refills it's a nicer looking wipes case, but that's about it.
