Purchased this product after baby was born because she hated having her diaper changed. I loved the product and my baby seemed to enjoy the warm wipes, however, less than two months into using it I noticed it stopped working. I assumed it was the plug so I made sure it was properly connected in the outlet, but that wasn't it. My husband took out the other end of the plug that connects to the warmer and noticed it had smoldered and burned. I'm considering replacing it but read another review of the same thing happening to another person. It's just too bad because baby really enjoyed having warm wipes.

I used fragrance free wipes thinking it may make a difference from the sponge turning brown but never got a chance to use it long enough to see if that worked. Oh and make sure to always add water.

it does the trick. i read other reviews for similar products about wipes turning brown or getting moldy. have not had that problem, but i do follow the instructions on rinsing & replacing the pad. the pads are kinda costly relative to the upfront cost of the product.
