Comments about Hot and Cold Gel Pak:

I have been using these for months as cold packs. I frequently pack food for my son in an insulated lunch bag, and these packs stay cold for several hours. They are also compact and can fit easily in a small bag. These have not leaked, and they appear to be in the same condition as when I first purchased them. I recently purchased more so that I will always have a set in the freezer.

I will also note that I have not used these to keep food, so I feel that it is only fair to mention that in this review.
