Comments about Tea Set:

I was looking to buy a tea set for my boys for their new kitchen set. Mostly everything was pink which is why I bought this one. Of course, quality is good, it is wood. But size is a definite factor here. These are tiny and not sized well relative to other kitchen play items. The cups, sugar bowl, and milk pitcher are about the size of a small egg. The saucers just a tad larger in diameter than the cups and the tea pot the size of a small cup. I would only recommend this to a friend if there were no other options for a tea set that is not pink.

Thrilled with the product! The tea set is adorable and beautiful. Some of the parts are very tiny, so definitely not for a young toddler who puts things in mouth, but SO cute for a little older, more reliable with small things child. Boy or girl, this tea set is great for realistic play!

We gave this to my son for his second birthday and the second it was unwrapped all the parents breathed a sigh of relief because the kids stopped fighting over toys and started playing together. It's only con is that some of the pieces are so small they could be easily lost and if (and when) that happens at our house I'm sure there will be many tears.

This is such a great tea set. The spoons, tea bags and sugar cubes are just adorable. I have bought two more since for gifts. My ONLY complaint is that that sugar cubes are a possibly choking hazard for younger siblings....but many toys are. We had to take the sugar cubes away for a bit till my daughter stopped trying to eat them. Other than that a great great toy.

My 18m son loves his tea set. It has great elements of realism - such as the tea bags on string. OK, so its not recommended for under 3 but my boy has never really been one to put things in his mouth. That said, I did remove the 'sugar cubes' and store them for later. A little on the small size if you're expecting a big cup of tea, but great quality.
