Help children be an environmentalist from an early age with Plan Toys Eco Charging Station. Children can pretend to charge electricity, which is generated from solar roof panels to an electric car and learn about energy saving.
Founded in southern Thailand in 1981, PlanToys was the first company in the world to manufacture wooden toys from rubberwood.
We are always looking for new ways to improve and preserve our environment. PlanToys takes a step to go beyond Green by taking the concept of "Sustainability" into practice with the belief that everyone can contribute to a better world by playing sustainably.
PlanToys uses a variety of materials, including; organic rubberwood, e-zero glue, water-based dyes, recycled and recyclable materials, soy and water-based ink and our proprietary PlanWood.
PlanWood is a high density fiber composite wood made from reclaimed wood particles left from the manufacturing process of toys in the factory. This material allows toys to be made safe, stronger and more durable. PlanToys is again the first wooden toys company in the world's been using this method to make toys since 2010.

Great wooden toy
About Me Stay at Home Parent
Comments about PlanCity Eco Charging Station:
We got this as part of the Eco Town and it's a great little feature in the town. It's meant to charge the Eco-cars but it also works on the Plan Toys regular cars as well so you don't really need to buy the gas station too if you don't have the space. My daughter loves the little gas pumps but doesn't really have the patience to actually put them into the holes in the car for the gas or eco-fuel. The only negative is the sign on top of the station doesn't stay on. It's a wooden peg holding it in place but it's not snug. If that's an issue for you, I'd put a little bit of wood glue to hold it in place. This little set gets more use than almost anything else in my daughters Plan City so it's definitely a 5 star toy in my book.
