My 9 month old son recieved this as a Christmas present from his grandparents and we couldn't be any happier with it. He is able to pull himself up with the handle and get going on his own. We have wood floors and rugs and he has no problem pushing it from one surface to another. It took some adjusting of the tension to figure out the right "speed" for him but it was easy to adjust.

He also enjoys the blocks; he likes us to stack them so he can knock them down. He is starting to recognize the blocks that are similar (like colors/shapes) and put them near each other. They are extremely smooth and we have no concerns with him getting a splinter. I also appreciate the eco-friendliness of the toy and the company itself.

Overall, this was a great present for him and he is enjoying both the walker and the blocks.

i received this as a gift and i have to say i was reluctant to open it due to the poor reviews. I finally opened it a few days ago for my 8 month old who is ready to go and he (and I) LOVE it. i find it very stable, fun with the blocks and he can walk with it alone due to the lock and unlock feature on the back that allows the 'car' to move slower in the beginning and faster as he gets better at walking. My 2 year old also loves to play with it.

I have tried several different walkers for our little boy, and this is the only one that he seems to like, right from the start. I especially like the ability to set the speed of the wheels, as this is something that most other products don't offer.

For my son, this walker worked great. It's hard to turn but otherwise worked well as a walker for him. He still uses the blocks and it's such a cute toy that I enjoy having it in our living room.

I am so glad to read that others were not pleased with this product. Within days of receiving this walker for my 12 month old son (2 years ago) I knew this was not going to work for us. It would tip when he tried to pull himself up. Even worse, while he was learning to walk he would push down on the handle causing the handle to fall and then he would trip and hit his head on the front as it flipped up in the air. We were given this as a gift, purchased from a small toy store and even after complaining they wouldn't take it back. I was so convinced this was a bad product that I checked to see if it had been recalled. Although I love Plan Toys, this item tops the list of unsafe products we have had in our home.

Our son loved it. Really helped him as he was learning to walk, he was very confident while pushing it. The block are a great bonus.

This is not a great walker. Like others have said, it's not sturdy for little ones learning to walk. We tried adjusting it, but there isn't enough weight in the bed to hold the pressure a little one puts on it. The blocks are fun to play with but that entertainment doesn't last long. I wouldn't suggest this toy for beginning walkers, especially due to the price.

Love the natural blocks, all-wood construction and ease of putting it together, but sadly I must give this a very low rating. My daughter was already walking very well at 1 year when we got this as a present for her. Without the blocks used as ballast in the tray, the walker is extremely light and tips over easily. With the blocks, it is still unstable if the child leans too much on the handle or tries to pull up from a sitting or crawling position. I had hopes that this would be a really great toy, but ended up putting the blocks in the toy box and the walker itself in the basement within a few hours of assembly, it was so easy for her to hurt herself. Couldn't return it as we had no gift receipt. I caution parents against this particular item and urge them to search for a more stable, heavy-duty walker.

I bought this baby walker when my son was 9 mos to help him walk and it was a complete waste of money. The walker is not balanced and tips over every-time my son tries to use it. I tried reducing the tension, putting heavy books in the front, and/or adjusting the arm; none of which helped with the balancing issue. My son is now 13 mos and still cannot use it so the walker is collecting dust on a shelf and we're only using the blocks that came with it -- complete waste of money. I ended up buying FisherPrice shopping cart which works great and my son pushes it all over the house all day long!!!!!

My 8-month old daughter loves this to stand on and it's slowly helping her to walk. I really like that you can lock it so it doesn't move. And it's nice that's it's made out of wood - not plastic. I definitely recommend this.

Great Toy!!!! My daughter is almost 18 months and would not even attempt walking with other push walkers. This one she took to right away. I highly reccomend this walker. Great price & a snap to put together. She loves the wood blocks & even sits elmo on top to take him along for the ride!
