I was very excited to order these picture frames for my son's room, however once it arrived, it was something completely different than what is shown online. It has the same name, and if I type in the name in the search bar, this picture comes up. But what I received was a decorated OVAL frame. With pink ribbons, and gold trimmings. I don't understand, and have been calling diapers but because of the hurricane, have not been able to speak to anyone. I would still like to order whatever is shown online. Just need to get a hold of someone. I love this website, and have ordered many things before, this is the first time this has happened.
