Great first shoe. Easy to put on my son even when he curls his toes. He has Fred Flintstone feet and these shoes fit great for his fat thick feet.

Awesome. My twin boys just started walking. These are my go-to shoes. First, they are easy to put on. The other shoes I own are "trendy cool" but I can't get them on my boys feet because they like to curl their toes.
Second, they don't fall off. My boys are still in the crawl/cruise/walk stage and the shoes never fall off.
Third, my kiddos can walk easily in them. They aren't too clunky yet they provide enough sturdiness for balance. They aren't preoccupied to what is on their feet since the shoes are lightweight and fit well.
Lastly, they look good. Well built, not cheesy looking. Goes great with everyday wear, jeans, shorts, etc.
