I love that this is all organic and non-GMO, unlike PediaSure which contains corn syrup and other yucky things. I feel good about giving this to my daughter, it even smells yummy, whereas Pediasure has a gross synthetic smell. My 2 year old loves it and it has helped her to put on some much needed weight.

my daughter loves it. I can see why people say it's hard to mix, we use the Dr. formula pitcher and it works just fine.
i actually likes the fact that it's a little hard to mix, because that means the ingredients have not been proccessed too much.
i mix it w/ half whole milk and half water, also we make it a little thinner than direction because my daughter likes the thinner texture.

I'm still trying to see if my son will get use to it, since he's a Pediasure junky (lol) But little man notice the taste difference. I mix mine with milk, and he still prefers pediasure. It taste great to me, i did not try hot water, just plain simple milk. Eventually he will get use to the taste.

My baby went from Earths Best organic formula, to PediaSmart and accepted it no problem. I took a star off only because it does tend to clump, so I only mix it in hot water, adding some probiotics, Vit C and his daily multi vitamin along with it. He drinks this first thing in the morning and loves it! I feel good knowing he starts the day off right nutritionally and I LOVE the fact that it is organic!!! I would not buy it if it wasn't.

A lot of people have commented that PediaSmart clumps and is hard to mix. There is a simple solution: Use a shakeable container and put the formula into a smaller bit of hot water than your yield calls for. Add in smaller amounts, whisking between adds. Add the rest of the water at the end. Shake the container. Let it sit for a bit to dissolve remaining clumps. It does dissolve completely. Chill if desired. Serve.

My two-year-old is g-tube fed. We have no problems with this food clogging her tubing and mic-key button using the above mixing method.

I mix a can at a time and it yields 56 ounces, a cup short of 2 quarts. I've found this to be on par with other formulas.

This product is our daughter's main source of food, the only formula she can eat because it's corn-free and is still unable to consume food orally. I don't know what we'd do without this formula and can't praise this product enough. I'm so glad it exists because my daughter needs it.

Our two year-old loves this (and the chocolate, too). He asks for it all day long. He's also still nursing. We mix the two flavors (vanilla/chocolate) together to reduce the already small amount of caffeine in the chocolate. It is a little lumpy--we put about half of the liquid with the full amount of powder and mix with a fork, then add remaining liquid and mix a little more--that does a pretty good job. It's great nutrition to fill in the gaps on those days when he doesn't eat as well as we'd like him to.

I bought Pedia Smart for my child who was not gaining weight. She sucked down the vanilla (I never bought or tried the chocolate). I used slightly warm water and served it up in a Born Free bottle. There may have been a few small clumps if I tried to mix too much powder into the water. I did/do not feed her any sugary products so to us the taste was good - I thought it actually resembled pudding - seriously, I do not want my child sugared up... she enjoys broccoli and I want to keep it that way.

My daughter was put on Pediasure by her Dr., but I thought this would be a cheaper way to supplement her diet. It tasted so bad that she would not drink it, and it did not dissolve and plugged up the lid on her sippy cup. I tried it too and the taste was bad. I threw the rest of the can away because I was not going to force her to drink something that tasted so badly.

My daughter absolutely loved this formula and I LOVED that it was Organic, free of horomones and pesticides and also free of genetically modified ingredients that are in other formulas. As a side note to parents these genetically modified ingredients are now proven to cause sterility and cancer (used in most regular formulas). Anyhow my daughter seemed to like this more than any other formula we tried and it worked great as a fill in when I could not get her to eat regular food. Worth a few extra $$$ for my daughter's health.

Sometimes I have to mix it with a fork to break up some lumps but other than that you just CANNOT beat the ingredients and taste. I would never give the other "nutritional supplements" to my child with all the nonsense in them but I am confident in this product and my son loves it. He thinks its ice cream.

My youngest daughter is very small, and she always seems hungry so instead of feeding her every 3 hours, I give her the Pedia Smart on top of her normal 4 meals and other drinks and she loves it. She sees it and gets all excited. My sister works at a day care and received samples and that it how I tried it and it worked. My older sister is going to try it on her daughter when she turns 1 yr.

I bought this milk because it seems healthier than the Bright Beginnings brand. It is difficult to mix up and the taste is awful. I put it in a sippy cup for my son to drink it and he tried it and then refused it. My husband tasted it as well and he found it disgusting. We ended up throwing the whole can out. I know a lot of people really like and it works for them. I wish it worked for us too.

After going broke on Pediasure and having difficulty finding any organic alternatives, I was really pleased to find this product. I like that I can mix it with milk and there isn't as much processed sugar in it. Some people have complained about having difficulty mixing it, but I found it to be no more difficult than standard baby formula. Try adding a small amount of liquid to the powder and making a smooth paste with a small whisk, then add in the rest of your liquid. I think it tastes great (I tried it myself and found it superior to the chemical tasting Pediasure-type products) and my son really seems to like it. I only took one star off for the can size - it would be better if it came in a larger quantity can, like baby formula.
