My 5 year old is a big kid. Nothing else was big enough to hold up through the night, so we were always changing sheets. These have worked great, and he can put them on himself.

We have tried a lot of diapers, inserts, diapers + inserts, etc. for our 3 1/2 yr old. Nothing resulted in a dry morning more than half the time. So far, these seem to be holding up. What I'm spending on them, I'm saving on laundry detergent.

we tried a lot of other night diapers and pull ups for our still bed wetting and rather thin 6 year old and husky built 3 year old. these are the only ones that stopped all leaking. the fit and absorbency are just right! they both wear the s/m size.

With other products I'm changing my 3yr old son's sheets every day. With underjams I change his sheets once a week because they need it, not because he leaked. They fit my tall,slim,beanpole son so he doesn't leak. 'Nuff said.

I love these! I use them with my 4yo and my 8yo he's small for his age so still fits :) They don't leak the kids have no complaints as to comfort and they are cheaper per overnightdiaper then others I was buying while retaining the big kid feeling and not a single diaper rash from them. They are quiet the only complain I would have is they (underjam not the kids lol) do smell but that is with any diaper we just tie up the bag as soon as they're off.

I Wear Daily for Bladder Control & Sometimes BM's.
PROS:
They are extremely comfortable & quiet. They are very absorbent & haven't leaked so far. They do hold quite a bit just in case of a mess. They are great for overnight, travel, convenience & for general use.
CONS:
Only 1: Sometimes The Sides Come Undone.
