Our son was in the NICU for 5 weeks and we used what the hospital used when we came home. Our son hasn't had any issues with the diapers and the fact that they have a light baby powder smell is terrific. The velcro tab closures are great for needing to stick and re-stick a diaper on a squirming baby.

it seemed that premie diapers were put in the package for newborn diapers. They had another package of newborn Pampers and these were much smaller. They had to give them away, waste of money.
