I got a tube of this stuff at my baby shower, LOVE it! I cannot find it at any of the three drugstores around or the 3 grocery stores, OR [@] in our town. I've googled it and Diapers.com has the cheapest Price&Shipping combo. It's Also on[@], but more expensive shipping. The first time I used this instead of A&D Ointment I was AMAZED!! You could literally see a difference between diaper changes. Redness wasn't AS red, swelling went down, not as tender to the touch... Works wonderfully & I will always swear by it!!

Have tried every diaper rash treatment on the market for two kiddos with sensitive skin and nothing compares. Can heal a really bad diaper rash overnight. Amazing stuff.

This is the best diaper rash cream overall. I tried the zinc A&E stuff and it made my sons rash worse and caused it to start bleeding. A sales person told me to try this product. I put it on thick right before bedtime and by morning there was no more bleeding and the rash was almost completely gone. Work great and a skin protector as well if you live where it is hot and humid. Wonderful product and I had a happy baby.

Perfect for diaper changes! I use it every day. Only if there is redness do I use a zinc product like Balmex, but my kid has never really had a diaper rash. Bottom Butter goes on really smooth!

I wish I had found this earlier! I use it during the day and the Palmer's with zinc oxide at night. I've always loved cocoa butter and it keeps my daughter's skin soft and smelling great all day and night.

I personally use this as an anti-chaffing cream. It goes on clean and is non irritating to my overly sensitive skin. It moisturizes really well. I am also a professional nanny and it would be great for preventing diaper rash. I don't see it treating diaper rash. I would put it on my boys before bed so it can keep the urine off the skin while moisturizing the skin.

I used this item with my son 4 years ago and besides one time when I ran out of this product and was unable to use it on him for almost 2 weeks - HE NEVER HAD A RASH no matter what! Especially if you are a busy mom and do not get to get to dry your baby as fast as you would like to sometimes, not to worry if you have this on your baby's bottom!

Also, this product is typically VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND - The reason I am a customr of Diapers.com is because I took a shot, did a search and found this precious hard to find - vital- must have on this site. I was beside myself until I found it here - thus I am pledging my loyalty in using this site for 90% of all baby items I need.

THIS CREAM IS THE BEST - Better than Desitin any day of the week and not as messy!

I started buying this after a sales associate at the local superstore recommended it. It did wonders for both my twin boys -- one with normal skin and one with extra-sensitive skin. It smells great and creates a protective barier against their delicate skin. Unfortunately the local superstore no longer carries this product. So I am going to stock up here!

Best Diaper Rash Cream I have used. Goes on smooth unlike other Zinc formulas and doesn't stick to hand. Been doing a great job!

This is the best product for diaper rash. It really works to heal and prevent it!! It beats other products in that you can apply it to moist skin that you have just cleansed with a baby wipe. No need to fully dry skin, which takes much more time. Also, if you don't completely dry skin, other products can sometimes make the rash worse!

This is like a lotion. It is a thick creamy texture.You do not need a lot. It rubs in great and it works better than any of the other products I have ever used. It smells like cocoa butter.If you do not like the smell of cocoa butter you might not like this product. I love the smell.
I have tried other products, but none worked on my children like this Product.I have three, two boys and one girl. I love it!
