Finally a bottle brush that is well made! I purchased this bottle brush about a month ago and I could not be any more happy with my purchase. I purchased it after going through two other brand bottle brushes that fell apart on me in less then a month and a half.
I was excited to come across this OXO bottle brush because I really like the OXO brand in general. There products for toddlers I really like as well. My favorite part about the brush is that it comes with a stand. Putting the brush on the sink counter always grossed me out. The stand itself has a nice little spout so water does not just build up inside it, it drains out the spout. One thing I was worried about was that the bristle would be too stiff on the brush because they looked that way in the picture. That was not the case at all, they are nice and soft. Over a very well made bottle brush by a brand that I really like and it was very affordable as well which is always a plus. The only con to this brush is the nipple cleaner, it really does not to that great of a job cleaning the nipple of the bottle.

I love this brush. I love the design of the brush itself, which gets into every nook & cranny of every part of my Medela Freestyle pump. The nipple cleaner is a tiny bit awkward to get to (push down a tab and unscrew), but I find that it cleans the nipples of the bottles we use (Playtex Ventaire Standard) perfectly - in my opinion, much better than a brush because the plastic is firm yet flexible and I can pinpoint any spots that need extra cleaning and get to them with precision. If you are used to a nipple brush then I can see how it might be strange to think that a plastic nub can do the job, but as I said I personally find it far superior. I love the "pour out the water" base and I love that I can rest the brush part in it when I use the nipple cleaner. The only complaint I have is that the bristles are starting to yellow a bit after a few months but since its so cheap, I don't really care, I'll just buy another.

Never thought I'd feel compelled to review a bottle brush, but this thing is a nightmare. Bought it to replace the cheap Dr. Brown's version that we had to throw out after six months. The rigid plastic head doesn't fit into anything except bottles, so I can't use it to clean my pump parts. The nipple cleaner is just a plastic stick which destroyed a nipple the second time I used it. It's also very difficult to get it out – push down, twist, pull – it's like a child-proof medicine bottle. Infuriating. Also, the rigid bristles spray soap everywhere and make a huge mess. I didn't have any of these problems with the version that cost half the price. I'm reordering two more of the Dr. Browns. Who cares if I have to throw them out every six months? At least I don't have to battle with them twice a day at the sink.

i usually like oxo products, but not this one. when i turn the handle to clean inside the bottle, the handle gets unscrewed. also does not clean inside entire bottle, and nipple cleaner not good.

This brush is soft so it gets in all the little nooks. The nipple nub is hard to get to and not really that effective so I usually don't use it. The base is great, you just have to remember to empty it every once in a while.

The brush is great and I love having the brush stand, but there is not an actual nipple brush - it is more like a scraper and it is does not clean bottle nipples.

I like the softness of the bristles and the cleanliness of having the stand so water does not drip everywhere, however the small nipple brush has no little bristles to help clean just one rubber piece and I find it does not clean very well on the nipples.
