The photos here on Diapers.com and on the manufacturer's website, show a "middle" level of white mattress brackets ... so you can position the mattress at the middle (for bassinet/crib setting) ... or at the bottom (for a playpen).

However, the crib that we received only a very Top setting (changing pad) and Bottom setting (playpen). There is no middle level (Crib Setting)!

I even emailed the manufacturer 3 times to try to clarify the issue (why their own website shows 3 levels, yet they are shipping a 2 level crib with no "crib" setting). They refused to address the issue, and just kept responding, "The Tian has 2 levels."

So, unfortunately, this is being returned.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this manufacturer ... they seem uninterested in quality control, honest marketing, and customer service.
