When your milk comes in it can be painful. Breasts get even more tender and very warm. If breastfeeding, warm them up to encourage milk production, or refrigerate them to cool breasts to stop milk production. Size covers majority of breast for relief. I loved these!

I love these! Warm up a set to use before nursing/pumping, and keep a set in the freezer for sore nipples/breasts. I could see these being too big if you have small breasts. I wear a 36DDD. However, they are totally worth stuffing into your bra anyway.

Just gave birth to my second child and after having a HORRIFIC bfing experience with my first, I was willing to try anything and everything to make this experience better. I picked these up, popped them in the freezer, and pulled them out late last night after a midnight feeding session. Words can not even begin to describe how good these felt on my swollen and engorged breasts. They seemed a bit large at first, but keep in mind that your breasts do get bigger as your milk comes in and the coolness (or heat) feels so good you won't care that it's larger than necessary.
My only very small complaint is that it doesn't hold the heat or cold for a very long period of time. I would wear these around all day if I could, but I have to pop them back in the freezer (or microwave) every 20-30 minutes.
