Perfect for my toddler and preschooler. They can practice with a knife and they like having a matched set. The fork actually stabs food, compared to the plastic style that just frustrates them. And it's not too sharp to hurt. Just effective. And this is the best spoon for actually getting the yogurt from the bowl to the mouth with minimal spillage.

This is a great product. I like that my daughter can use a real stainless fork and spoon and not a plastic one with all the BPA concerns. But the knife is unnecessary. By the time a child is old enough to know what to do with it, they will be using regular silverware. Also, you're going to need more than one set. In hindsight, I wish I would have bought the 3-packs of forks and spoons.
