I had little to no mess feeding my 6th month old with these spoons and it's only the 3rd week she's been introduced to solids.

The long handle with silicone makes a comfortable grip. The scoop shape is nice to prevent side spills and just the right size to fit in my baby's mouth.

My only complaint is that the spoon turns color even if the food is a little warm, so it's a bit misleading. I always taste the food myself to make sure it's the right temperature, so it's not a bit deal to me.

I do not like these spoons for young babies. Given the name, I thought they would have a rubberized tip or something. They do not. It is hard plastic on the spoon. The bowl portion of the spoon is also too deep and small babies (6 months) cannot get everything out of the spoon. The handle is too long and it falls out of a bowl when you place it in there to rest.

Began using these spoons for cereal feedings for my 6mo and love them! Great ease of use, good size and weight, wash well, and I love the color changing feature. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and definitely recommend.

I bought these after using the oxo soft tip spoons for a few months and these are far superior. The tip is thinner, which makes scraping food around my toddler's mouth much easier, they're light, easy to clean and comfortable to hold. I love them.

I used this spoon for my 4.5 month old's first feeding and it worked great. The long handle makes it easy to feed and the bright colors are eye catching.

This is a good sized spoon, the portion size is a little big for little mouths, but that can be controlled by the feeder. I love the legenth of the handle, no messy fingers for me.

We use these at every meal. We were given them at our baby shower from another mom who recommended them highly. They have saved me a few times by telling me the food was too hot. The spoon size is perfect, even now for my 15 month old.

I was using Munchkin Six Soft-Tip Infant Spoons to feed my 11 month son. I really like this Munchkin spoon as it is inexpensive and comes with 6 spoons. However, after using this Nuby spoon, I totally like this Nuby better because of the angle that Nuby has and Munchkin doesn't. This angle makes a lot of easier to feed the baby. Nuby is heavier and longer than Munchkin though. I like the grip on Nuby too. Either one works great! The Nuby one changes the color by temperature. So, it is kind of fun to see the color changes as you feed the baby!

I enjoy the look and feel of these spoons for feeding my 5 month old. The only issue I have at this point is the "depth" of the spoon. My little boy can't really get all of his food off of this spoon because it's a little deep. Once he's an older more experienced eater I'm sure he'll be able to clean the spoon off every time. Overall he doesn't seem to mind - and I like the feel of them in my hand.

I love these spoons. I love how long they are because they work great when feeding directly from a jar of baby food. The handles don't get food all over them while I am feeding my baby. I also love that they change color when too hot. Works great. Very easy to clean these (top-rack dw safe) and light-weight, so I bring them wherever we go.

I recevied these spoons as a gift and recently bought myself a second set. I tried another set of hot safe spoons from Nuby (mostly white with color that changes only in the center of the spoon.) I didn't like them nearly as much. These spoons are great. They're long so you don't get baby food all over your hands when you scrape the bottom of the container or wipe baby's face. The color change happens very quickly so you know if the food is too hot for baby. And the shape and size of the spoon is just right for a good mouthful. I'd recommend these to anyone! They're hard to find though - maybe Nuby is discontinuing them? I hope not but will be holding on to mine for a long time, just in case.
