Comments about Cable Knit Moccasin - Red:

I bought these slippers for my daughter before she started to walk. They are soft, slip on like socks, but stay on thanks to the elastic around the ankle (she can't pull them off like she does with her socks). She's worn them around the house while crawling, and now that she's walking they prevent her from slipping on the floor. I have to disagree with the previous reviewer about these slippers being slippery on hardwood floors -- we have hardwood floors too & haven't found that to be the case. We've had these slippers for 3 months and they have held up very well (and they also go in the washing machine!).
Overall, I think these slippers are great & will buy another pair in the next size up. FYI, I bought size 12 months which is 20-21 in European sizing.

Comments about Cable Knit Moccasin - Red:

While the fit is fine, these mocassins/slippers have absolutely NO grip on the bottom, so your little one will be slip-sliding all over the place if you have hardwood or other non-carpeted flooring. Also, there is no cushioning under the leather sole. It is quite literally, a very thin piece of leather attached to the cable-knit upper sock part, and that's it.
The construction seems very flimsy - just a simple looped piece of yarn/threading holding the sole to the upper; one quick snag would easily tear the entire shoe apart.
Considering the price of these, I'll be returning them for a more durable, practical pair.
