Okay- so I know this looks TOTALLY icky! But let me tell you one thing- when your little one is clogged up and nothing else brings relief (or sleep!)- you'll get past the initial "yuck" factor.

I bought this after reading that a panel of expert pediatrician moms say that since newborns are obligate nasal breathers (they can only breathe through their noses), when they are stuffed up, you HAVE to reduce the snot somehow so they can breathe. One of them said that one dad even got "primal" on his newborn and literally directly sucked the snot out himself of their newborn so the baby could get oxygen. I knew I REALLY did NOT want to do that! This has filters, so NOTHING will go in your mouth, and it's super-effective at ridding baby of snot. If it's the middle of the night, and you need one of these, you do NOT want to wish you'd bought it then!

This is the least abrasive snot sucker on the market. We've been through three (one we bought at the store, one we got from the hospital and even a battery operated one). Nothing comes close to this thing. You control the suctions so you are not hurting your baby. We've not had one nose bleed with this one and the amount of snot you get out is an insane amount. Our daughter had RSV and literally this thing was the best. The ER Dr and our pediatrician both recommended this and I couldn't be happier with it.

I have almost every other thing to suck out boogers and this is the best. Very easy to use and clean. I was scared at first cause i thought I would suck boogies into my mouth but I have never even come close. The litle filter will tae care of them anyway. If you have not usedit before get one, you will never need another!

This works so much better than any other nose sucker bulb I have ever tried. It is important to get your baby's nose empty and this is the only thing that seems to do that. We use it together with the saline spray and I believe it helped us pass the cold a lot faster. I like how you can see how much snot you get out too and it is really easy to clean.

This is the best thing ever! Not sure why there are negative reviews.....this is the best thing out there! You can actually see what your getting out of your baby's nose! It's easy to clean and you don't need to replace the filter every time.....at least I don't. You actually get everything out with each use instead of doing the nasal aspirator over and over and over...and then never really being able to see what your actually getting out. I will be buying this for anyone I know that is expecting for my "things you can't live without as a mom" gift!

No feeling can describe the instant relief you can give your baby or toddler after you can "suck out" ALL there snot. I know I cant stand to be suffy so this is by far tha best thing invented I will be buying this for any baby showers or etc i get invited to from now on, its a great gift & product! most importantely its worth every penny!:)

My little guy hates the bulb syringe but doesn't mind the Nosefrida. It gets a ton of gunk out of his nose. The concept is a little creepy but it works!

Sounds disgusting but it works. And it's the talk of the town with colds. Purchased for g'son for his first cold and teething. He loves it. And mom too. No wonder this has so many positive reviews. If you question using one research what an infant's nose syringe makes over time MOLD! It's simple, easy, hygenic and baby thinks it's funny and finds relief! Buy them as baby shower gifts! Funny and a must to have for new baby.

My 4 month old daughter and I just got over a really bad cold. I ordered the NoseFrida after seeing a photo online of the nasal aspirator from the hospital with mold growing inside. For hygienic purposes, it's easy to clean and you can see inside of it. The filter system makes it so you can't taste any of the snot you suck out of your LO's nose. Unfortunately, it's something my daughter decided to fight even worse than the hospital's nasal aspirator. It ended up becoming a two person job just to get to one of her nostrils. It's also unfortunate that the filters have to be replaced after every use which makes using it kind of costly in the long term. I bought the extra filters and I am glad I did. I will continue to use this product but probably just intermittently alongside the other nasal aspirator. It feels kinda crazy and medieval to be sucking the snot and air straight from my LO's lungs with my own.

We got this product because the ball suction things were difficult to use. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work at all and we've tried a few times. It also suggests replacing the filter with every use but only comes with three! I would not recommend this product to others.
