Pay the extra ten bucks and get the one from dream baby. Very disappointed in the clasp, hard to use. Heads up, eye hooks are used to fasten gate to wall, if you drive this into drywall, you'll get 4.5 uses before it loosens and gets sloppy.

I had one similar at my last house and I thought this was going to be the same but it's not this one has a latching system you do not want to deal with and the bottom of the gate is simply a hook into a ring and does not sufficiently hold the gate in place there is one similar with better hardware on it that is totally worth it I am going to go find that one again I loved it.

We bought three of these gates - they were difficult for my husband to install and one of the latches broke immediately. Eventually one of the other ones came out of the wall. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Great idea, however it is difficult to hook the bottom prior to latching the gait. Requires two hands, which is diffult when you have a little one you are holding. It was not easy for us to install due to molding on the bottom of the wall. We had to purchase more molding to install in order for it to be even and work correctly.

the cheapest gate ever! The latch is the worst ever. I actually have to use both hands to push it down and I can never get the top and bottom together. I buy from diapers.com regularly and was shocked they even sold such a cheaply made product.
