I was shopping for a "flat" (not stuffed) baby lovey like the other North American Bear products I normally buy from Diapers.com. I noticed that the ones I typically buy as gifts no longer come with the option to personalize them (the Flatopotomus, Flatophant, etc.), so I found this item, thinking it was a similar product based on the name "Flatjack" and the picture. I was wrong. It is a huge stuffed bunny, and it came with the child's name embroidered hugely on the ear. Not at all what I wanted to give as a newborn gift to our friends. I wish North American Bear would offer the flat pals with personalization again. That was my go-to gift, and I've purchased many in the past. I was really disappointed by this stuffed bunny.

This bunny is very cute for a little girl. It's a good size and seems durable. I liked the embroidery option and was excited for it. I got it in the mail (a day later, so excellent customer service) but was very disappointed with the embroidery. The picture shows cute embroidery on the inside of the ear, but what it doesn't show is that the embroidery goes straight through the ear to the front side, so when the child is holding the bunny, the ear is flopped down and the child's name is spelled backwards across the ear...makes no sense!!!
