I really recommend this for the early stages of nursing. At first I was so sore. My nipples were cracking and it was really painful. A friend gave me this nipple salve and I started using it regularly. I followed the instructions to use after and between feedings and within a week I had much needed relief. Great product. Plus it's organic and safe for my baby, which is really important to me.
