I read some of the reviews about it not staying in but I only had that problem at first. After she was about 6 weeks old she could easily keep it in. It makes for an excellent teether!!!!

My daughter prefers this pacifier to other popular brands. It presses gently against her nose - similar to the breast. I don't have any issues with this "popping out" of her mouth. Easy to clean - water doesn't get stuck in the mouth piece like some other brands.

I bought this pacifier thinking that the expense was worth it if it was a good product (all natural rubber, no seams so water won't get in, etc). However, this thing is useless as it keeps falling out of my baby's mouth. It's not that my baby spits it out as he loves other binkies. This one is so bouncy and the ring is so flat that it doesn't mold to the shape of baby's face / mouth area. Unless you can tirelessly hold this binky in the baby's mouth, it's truly a useless item. Save your money and buy something else!

When my daughter was a newborn, these pacifiers didn't work the best for her. I think the handle was a bit heavy and she had trouble keeping the pacifier in her mouth. Starting at about 3 months of age, though, this has quickly become a favorite for her! And they make a great teether! She sucks on the nub, chews on the handle, plays with it, and explores the entire thing with her hands and mouth :) I still use other pacifiers (Advent) on the go because they have snap on lids which help me keep the pacifier clean for her. But I give her these as often as possible, when she wants a pacifier that is, because they are eco, and non-toxic too!
