I'm sure this is a good pre-natal vitamin; however, I found the taste and smell to be almost unbearable. The only beverage that even comes close to masking the taste/smell is OJ.

the pill must be taken TWO, TWICE a day. it smells and taste funny. the size of the pill is huge, so i have issue with it.
