Comments about Waterproof Organic Cotton Bassinet Protector Pad:

I ordered this pad to go atop and protect my organic cradle mattress. As with all new baby items, I washed it according to the manufacturer's directions before attempting to use it. It came out of the wash looking old, pilled, and worn. I may be able to forgive that but when I placed it between the sheet and mattress I discovered that it is very thick and bulky. It bunched up in several places and was very hard to smooth out. I worry that a squirming baby will cause it to bunch up more and create an unsafe environment in the cradle. I do not plan to use this mattress pad in my cradle as intended but since I already washed it, I probably can't return it. I will search elsewhere for a cradle pad.

I ordered it because it is organic and made in the USA but overall I'm very disappointed with this product.
