              Comments about Multi Prenatal Tabs:

I was looking for a prenatal multivitamin with no added extras of DHA as DHA makes me vomit (I take fish oil to supplement this from non-liver source).
This does what it says on the box.

                Comments about Multi Prenatal Tabs:

While this bottle looked like the vitamins I usually take, there is no added DHA. The DHA is not a gimmick. I'm a nursing mom, so I've been taking prenatal vitamins for over a year now. The ones with DHA make my fingernails grow stronger. Without it, they chip and crack. I take this as an indication of other good things it is doing for my body and my baby's--not to mention the many studies about the importance of DHA. I also think there are some other nutrients missing in this one that are included in the Naturemade with DHA. Check the label.

I have had it since pregnancy (now with a 4.5m old). Other than my baby is healthy I can't say much about its effect. But it hasn't had any problem on my stomach. Mostly importantly, it's 4 bucks cheaper here than in local pharmacy where I used to get it.
