Comments about My Carry Potty - Yellow:

We have not used this extensively, but it looks like a neat product. The topside of the case has a gasket and when you shut it over the potty contents it (supposedly) locks it in and creates and air and watertight seal. I have not testing it yet. Note that this is a very small unit - the area for sitting it pretty small and the bowl itself is small. To clean it you have to dump it all out (the bowl does not come out separately. That said its a nice little self contained simple unit for travel. As soon as I took it out of the box my son pooped in it, which I think is the highest compliment a toddler can give a potty.

Took my granddaughter to the mall and stayed much longer than planned and when we returned to the car she started saying I have to go potty. It was really too far to back to the restroom and I knew we would never make it home in time. She was visiting me for a week, almost potty trained and I had seen My Carry Potty when scanning the potty section on Diapers.com and thought it might be a good idea for I had plans to take her shopping, to the zoo and playground. I had put the My Carry Potty in the car just in case...was I ever glad that I had it with me. She used it, I closed it and had no trouble opening it when I returned home. I would highly recomment it for any little girl who is potty training and on the go.

My toddler uses this potty without any complaint. I would think it would be uncomfortable because it has no cushioning. But I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go. We only use this for car rides. Sometimes my daughter will tell me she has to go potty when we are in the middle of nowhere. I can just pull over and set her up in the back of the suv and it works out great. This is also a good alternative to bringing your kids into a dirty public bathroom. It's not perfect but it functions well and doesn't leak. It's a little bulky to put in the stroller basket though so you have to walk around with it if you are going somewhere. So everyone knows you are potty training. We also take this to grandma's house for weekend stays.

These are great! We carry ours in our van all the time! Our toddlers use it easily & it seals up without leaking! My only complaint is that it doesn't hold much. We used it on a 12hr drive & one daughter managed to fill it in 2 uses! It wouldn't close without overflowing, creating quite the mess! Although, if the potty held any more fluid it would have to be bigger & it's already big enough. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product!!

I dont know how it works because my daughter won't sit on because is hurts her bottom. Its too uncomfortable for her to sit on. I would recommend it for a boy I guess.
