I've been using this cream on my LO ever since we brought her home from the hospital. She has not had one rash or any other symptoms from using this cream. The tube is small, but don't let that deceive you...a little goes a long way. It is pricier than the other creams out there, but in my opinion, it's worth the few extra bucks. I really love the entire Mustela line, and will continue using their products.

This product does a very good job at preventing and clearing up rashes. My five month old had a terrible rash and after 16 hours it was gone, and no more crying. My only problem is with the price, indeed, the price is slightly high for the amount...

The Mustela Vitamin Barrier Cream does a great job of protecting my baby's bottom from diaper rash. It has a nice scent and it last between each diaper change. Highly recommend

Have used this diaper cream since my baby was born. It is not too heavy, yet provides excellent moisturizers which keep her bottom soft. She has never had a diaper rash as a result.

Absolutely LOVED this diaper cream and used it for years with our now 3 year old son. Started using it again with our daughter and have been disappointed with the last few tubes we've received. They had to have changed the formula because it's super runny and often drips off your finger before you can get it on a squirmy child. Also doesn't seem to truly coat the skin the way it used to. I used to recommend this all the time and would include a tube in shower gifts--not anymore. Really miss the old formula!!!

I used this product first time at my friend's house and thought this product was great.and I ordered one for myself, but it wasn't like it at all.. don't know if they changed the formula or something but it was too watery,so it didn't seem to stay on and didn't work on rash bottoms. I think I will go back to Des*** which worked best for my kid. I also was convinced with all the good reviews here, but it was misleading for me. So I am writing this to inform others that this has downsides also.

This diaper cream of all the creams with zinc oxide, had BY FAR exceed my expectation. My son would have severe diaper rash and by morning it would be gone. I also noticed that the cream was still on after a whole night diaper. I tried them all out there and this one was not only a refreshing smell, but WORKED!

I use this product for my 11-month old son when he gets a little bit of skin irritation and it works almost immediately. Since he was born I haven't used too many skin products other than Mustela because they work. He probably had a diaper rash only three times that lasted for a day or two max since he was born. Unlike my daughter, she had a diaper rash that never went away for months even with creams like Desitin. When I discovered Mustela and started using them, her skin problems went away.
I have also recommended the barrier cream to my younger sister who have had acne problems and amazingly enough this works too.

We got all kinds of diaper cream when our son was born -Boudreaux's, Blalmex, Burt's Bee's- They don't compare to the Mustela. I noticed a little redness when baby was tiny from all the changings from being breast-fed. The Mustela worked great!! Smells nice too. The Boudreaux's melted and became greasy and wierd, and Burt's smells like medicine. Other reviewers are right, a little bit goes a long way. Same tube has lasted 3 months. Great for bedtime & daycare, too! Does't matter if the others are cheaper when they don't work as well.

This is the best diaper rash cream, it moisturizes and forms a barrier to prevent diaper rash. A little goes a very long way. It is worth the money!

My son is 4 months and has only had 1 diaper rash. It caught us off-guard. He started screaming one day while I was changing him and did the same thing to my husband. We looked down and sure enough he had a diaper rash. We had the Mustela diaper cream from the newborn set and decided to try it. It worked great. Treated the diaper rash and seemed to prevent it from getting worse. We also started using a little right before bedtime for preventive purposes and that worked well. I like that I don't have to use very much. A little goes a long way to coating the entire little bum area.
