My daughter & I have terrible hand eczema which easily gets to cracking & bleeding states. This lotion helps get us back from the brink within just a couple applications. We've tried the regular stelatopia as well, which works as long as we remember to use it regularly, but this is much more hydrating. I highly recommend it! The best part is that it doesn't smell at all, which is great for our sensitive noses.
