I use this product for my daughter who has severe eczema. It is extremely soothing to her when she is itchy and it's very moisturizing. I used to apply lotion to her every 2 hours when I was using other products. This particular lotion does not irritate her skin and it stays moist for hours. Since using the Stelatopia cream I only need to apply this to my daughter twice daily. I highly recommend using Mustela Stelatopia to anyone who has a baby or young child with extremely sensitive skin or eczema.

Both of my daughters have been struggling with eczema since they were born. We tried everything but other than oatmeal baths, nothing seemed to work. I took a chance with this and I am very pleased with the results. The eczema patches are reduced and the patches that remain are not rough feeling. Plus no crying when applying the lotion. It's pricey but it works.

This product can be used daily or when a flare up with eczema or sentive skin occurs. This product has decreased my daughters problems with eczema resulting in using medicated creams less. This product lasts a long time. Although expensive its worth the money. This is the only brand to really help. So if you're tired of expermenting buy this!

This is a good product for those who need it. We purchased this at the recommendation of our pediatrician. Our infant son has some mild eczema on his face(partially due to his own persistent scratching behavior) and we decided to try a good moisturizer before resorting to a steroid cream. This does the job and his rash has gone away.

The product is unscented but it does have a slight smell IMO - hard to describe but it's certainly not objectionable. It's a quality product but quite expensive. Also, it may be a bit too heavy for moisturizing during humid, summer months.

I bought this for my baby girl based on the other reviews. I loved the smooth texture but it stung my baby. She wailed every time I rubbed this on her skin. I wanted to love this cream, but it hurt her so I had to return it... LOVE Diaper.com's return policy!

We bought this for our 4 month old after he was given a steriod cream for his eczema. I didnt feel safe putting the other cream on him because it was VERY greasy and he always has his hands in his mouth and he touches his belly, arms, and legs that the cream needed to be on. We saw a difference with this cream on his rough flakey skin in just one use.

This lotion works wonders for my 4 month old son's eczema. After only a few days' use, I noticed a huge difference! No more dry patches on his body. My pediatrician recommend Hydrolatum, a "whipped" petroleum jelly, but it left him greasy and his skin did not absorb it well. His face is another story, as this product is not recommended for use on oozing sores. I use Stelatopia cream cleanser and AQUAPHOR on his face which works much better than Hydrolatum. Before this Stelatopia line of products were recommend to me, I felt so hopeless and sorry for my baby. I am avoiding the overuse of hydrocortisone on his face. But now I feel it's more under control with this combination.

I use this moisturizer everyday on my 7 month old skin. I have used it since he was a newborn. He has sensitive skin. This was the only product I found that did not have harmful ingredients. This moisturizer is really good because it truly moisturizes the skin leaving it very soft and non- greasy!

If you struggle finding the right eczema cream, this is worth a try. This was once a lifesaver and a staple lotion for our son who has very stubborn eczema. He is 3 years old now and it does not help AT ALL. He also complains that is stings. I am so disappointed because it worked WONDERS when he was a baby.

This cream is extremely moisturising, absorbs incredibly well and is smooth and soft and odourless. I slather it onto my son's skin after bathtime and my pediatrician suggested I moisturise him in the morning and during the day as well since my son (6 months) suffered from a bout of eczema recently. Prior to this I wasn't really moisturizing my son's skin after bathtime because he was so little but he developed dry skin and then eczema and we were actually prescibed a steroid-based cream for 7 days which completely removed the eczema. In conjunction we started using this Mustela moisturizer which is specifically beneficial for very dry skin and eczema and his eczema has not returned and his skin feels very soft with no dry patches at all.

I cannot rave about Mustela enough - I love the fact that it is free of Parabens and harsh chemicals and that it is so gentle and effective. We have used the cradle cap cream (worked like dream), the newborn foam shampoo, the baby shampoo, the diaper rash cream, Stelatopia range for body and face, the Stelatopia cream cleanser and also most recently the regular Mustela bath gel. The regular Mustela products smell divine too whereas the Stelatopia range is odourless.

my daughter's chest and stomach felt like leather due to severe dry skin. Nothing worked for her. I tried this as a last resort, and haven't turned back! THis is the best moisturizer ever. Totally worth the price!

It's a very good moisturizer but it didn't cure my son's eczema.if your baby only have minor dry patches then this might help.my son's rash is red and flaky and this cream did not do anything to us

My daughter struggles with eczema, dryness and irritation on her chin. So far, besides pharmaceuticals, this has been the only product which keeps the rash at bay. It is expensive, so I have tried to switch to other, cheaper versions, without success. I have learned my lesson, and now will ONLY use this lotion on my daughters face!
