We use The Medicator multiple times a day with my infant son. It is easy to use and doesn't leak if the top is screwed properly onto the bottom cup. Also, the design helps get all of the liquid drained out instead of having it catch on the side of the cap. This is important for giving a full dose of medication.

The only con is the tapered cup. This can make The Medicator a bit tippy when it is placed on the counter top.

I like to melt a bit of a candy cane in some warm water and give this to my baby when she has an upset tummy. This this is ideal for giving medicine to a fussy baby. My only complaint is that the nipple that comes with it is much faster flowing than the size one my baby is used to. You can easily switch it out for the universal nipples. You just need to purchase those seperately.
