My 4 month old son loves this noise machine. We use white noise for when he sleeps and then turn the projector on in the morning with music and he stays in his crib for upto 25-30 minutes cooing to it! It's great that there is a timer and the option to leave it on. The volume range is also good. I wish there was an option to use a battery as there are no plugs at his daycare to plug it in, so we use the sleep sheep there (but it turns off after 45 minutes).

We've had to replace this machine four times, it keeps breaking - once within two months, another time within about four months. My son loves it throughout the night and uses it as a source of comfort because he wakes up at least once a night. I don't think it's made to last as an all nighter. Don't buy it if you need it for that purpose. We're bringing it back for a fifth time today. Ugh!

This thing has been awesome, it's light and even easy to travel with. We don't use the hologram much but am looking forward to it when she gets older. Now we just keep white noise, ocean on all night. I bought this product because the Sleep Sheep just didn't work for us. My biggest beef was the Sleep Sheep turning off after 45 minutes. Just when an infants sleep cycles transition that dang thing would turn off! This is WAY better and more practical. We use it every night and for every nap and my 15 month old daughter (who is a good sleeper anyway) LOVES her naps and night time. Great product.

we had the hometics brand projector, but that made noise when the projector worked and also didn't last more than 2 years. We love that this brand can be used as a nightlight, without the sound or projector being used. the sound quality is fine and the projector is very bright.

we began using a sound machine when our daughter was 3 months old and use it when we travel to turn any hotel room/guest room into a comforting environment. our kid passes out with the sound of the ocean and we still use it three years later!
