these wee good at first but the more you put them in the dishwasher ,top rack ,the more loose the straw opening gets and they leak everywhere. Also my 15 month old has dropped these cups and they crack right in half not impressed and expensive i thought the munchkin brand is much better.

These cups are fantastic! We received some as a gift last Christmas and they are our favorite so we decided to buy some more! No troubles with leaking and it is easy to see which straw/cup goes together - love it! The listing said the color was "pink" but there was no pink on our cups (just blue/purple/orange)...if I had known, I would have bought them for my nephew too~!

My daughter tried so many different types of sippy-cups since she was 6 months old. First were types that she had to bite and suction; Didn't work because she couldn't do both at the same time and with enough force. Second, were the kind that were just pure suction, but she thought they were chew toys and wouldn't tip to get her drink. Finally, her doctor said that his daughter had the same tilt problem, and to try ones with a straw.

Once my now 9 month old got this, she initially chewed on it, but quickly realized that if she just sucked a few times she could get her juice. It took her less than ten minutes to do it all by herself. It is PURELY suction, and does not need much effort. The straw is soft and the length is perfect, due to her having a strong gag reflex. You do have to make sure the top straw insert and the collar are lined up and no obvious gaps to prevent leaking. For example, my first time putting it together, the top looked fine, but didn't check underneath, and it leaked; So I unscrewed it, checked underneath, and saw an obvious gap that I just had to gently push to put into place, and I haven't had a problem since. It only leaks a drop or two and ONLY if she slams it JUST RIGHT. Other than that, it's laid on it's side in the back seat of our car, and NOTHING came out.

I like these a lot because there are not too many parts to clean and put together. It consists of the bottle, a ring and an inner silicone piece with straw attached and an separate inner straw. Its also easy to sip from unlike some other brands.

It does leak if turned upside down but as I only fill it with water and my daughter is not really a thrower, I do not mind.

I like being able to have a straw cup around because she seems to drink more from it and I want to make sure she gets enough water every day.

My son is 14 months, purely breastfed, now that we are starting to wean, he didn't know how to tip up a cup or bottle, so this cup is awesome!

My son wouldnt drink out of ANY sippy cup, even though we intoduced him to a sippy aroend 4 months. When he was 8 months old I bought this cup and havent turned back. He is almost 2 now, and though he can drink out of any cup, this is by far still his favorite cup. We use it without the straw on the inside, so he can turn it up and get all the milk/water/juice out. Best cup EVER!

I'm not rating the actual product. I'm just warning buyers that you do not get the color in the picture. I ordered the blue and purple cups and received one pink cup with a yellow lid and green straw, and one orange cup with a blue lid and purple straw. i don't like them at all. I want to return them but don't feel like going through the hassle for [$]. I just wanted to warn others so they don't make the same mistake.

my one year old was exclusively breastfed, so tipping a cup is a mystery to him. using straw cups is a simple solution to letting him self-drink. this cup is superior to other straw cups because you do not have to bite down on a valve while sucking. it is also short enough that he can keep it upright while drinking from it with the high chair tray in front of him. it doesn't have a million little parts to clean. while it is possible for a small amount of his drink to escape the end of the straw, i find the pros far outweigh the cons for us.

My daughter loves this cup and uses it all the time...easy to use and hold for her, she is almost two years old.
