Was wary after previous reviews commented on difficulty of installation. Time consuming, but definitely not difficult. Looks as classy as a baby/pet gate can look. Although this is marketed as a pressure mount, buyer beware that Munchkin videos give the disclaimer that hardware that accompanies it must be screwed in the wall to be completely effective. However, my husband and I have pressure mounted it, as we are renting. We leaned all of our weight on it and it didn't budge. Just keep that in mind.

We have two 60lb pitbulls and got this gate to put accross the front entry so we can keep the front door open. The gate is great, perfect height, solid and sturdy, looks great! Only problem is it's quite difficult to assemble -- and we're Ikea pro's. Some of the pieces that must be removed in order to add the extensions are nearly impossible! Once the job was done, it's very satisfying!
Very happy with the product.

We use this gate to keep 75 lb Golden Retrievers out of certain rooms. We have had several gates over the years & this is, hands down, the sturdiest one. Ordering another one today.

Heavy duty gate but the instructions were horrible if you need to add the extensions. My husband is very handy and ended up switching this gate somewhere else because the extensions weren't fitting our 39 inch stairway. So frustrating!
