I found this warmer to be just what I wanted. It was green and white vrs the blue and white color you see on screen. Once you measured the amount of water to the amount of ounces of milk you have in your bottle the warmer would shut down and not dry out or over heat the bottle. It warms pretty quickly too.Ive gotten no leaks at all. The steam cleaning option of cleaning your pacifier is a great option as well. I would def recc and for the price you can't go wrong.

I use this product so my fiance and I are able to heat breast milk when I am unable to breastfeed. I have only had it a few days but so far I haven't had any issues. My milk is just coming in because my little girl was just born the 20th, so when I pump I am only getting about 2.5oz, but this heater heats it perfectly when you follow the directions and add the correct amount of water. It comes with a handy plastic card you are able to use as well for a guide on how much water is needed for different bottle sizes and whether the milk is currently frozen, refrigerated, or room temperature! It also doesnt take long at all to heat up! Maybe 5 min at the most!
I dont agree with the other negative comments! This is an awesome and convenient product!

I disagree with all these reviews! These people are not following the directions. I usually fill my 9oz bottle to line "B"- and it heats perfectly. If I add too much water, it will overheat- but it's a user error, not a product error. I am buying another one right now to keep at my mom's house. Follow the directions and you will love this product like I do. So easy, my husband uses it too.

I received this bottle warmer as a shower gift. I followed the instructions because working in child care we were advised not to use bottle warmers. This product heated up extremely fast. So fast in fact that it made the water boil in under 1 minute. The timer never worked to cut it off or let us know when the bottle was ready. It continued to heat up until you unplugged it. The water became so hot it actually melted the bottom of my bottle. Needless to say- I threw this gift away!

I have triplets and own three bottle warmers:
an old munchkin; a first year's; and this one. this warmer is terrible. it is lower on the sides than the other two, making it shallower, which is why i don't think it warms as consistenty or effectively as the other two. i have no trouble with the other two, but i am so frustrated with this product that i came back to diapers.com after four months of using the warmer just to write this review and spare someone the cost, time and frustration of buying this product.

We have not had trouble with the variation in temperatures. Takes about 4 min to warm a 4 ounce bottle. Pacifier sterilizer is great. We also have "burnt caramel" like residue in bottom, wipes out easily. We use daily.

We use this to warm glass bottles and have, through trial and error, worked out how much water it takes to get the bottle to the right temperature. It needs different amounts of water depending on whether you are using plastic or glass, the size of the bottle and the starting temperature of the milk/formula. It's incredibly easy to use once you find out what works for you. We tend to err on the side of adding less water because too much will cause the warmer to overheat the bottle which can be frustrating when you've got a hungry baby on your hands!
We have also taken this warmer on vacation. It performed brilliantly not only as a pacifier sterilizer but also as a nipple & ring sterilizer with the Playtex drop-in bottle system which eliminated the need to travel with a lot of bulky cleaning/sterilizing equipment.
After repeated use the warmer does develop a rusty-type residue in the bottom from deposits in the water but it's very easily cleaned out with a paper towel.
We love this product and wouldn't be without it.

I agree with the other reviewer. My husband and I also used this to warm bottles for night feeding and find it incredibly frustrating. Sometimes it warms so much that it is almost scalding even when we use less than the recommended water amount. Other times we have to do 2 -3 cycles before its warm enough. I am now on this site to find a better replacement.

This bottle warmer is very hit-or-miss. My husband and I used it to warm milk in the middle of the night. We always used the same amount of water: At times it was cold, othertimes it was VERY hot, and still yet there were times that it was perfect. You will need to adjust the amount of water based on your own experience. Start with the amount they advise and go from there. Also, after daily use, the warmer gets a funky smell to it. A red ring appears on the bottom of the warmer. It can be cleaned, but it builds up quickly again and really does smell odd. Overall, this is ok for off-and-on use, but very frustrating when it doesn't work properly. When a newborn is screaming at 3am, no one wants to wait for a bottle to cool down.

The added paci-cleaner basket is fabulous. I have no complaints there. We have been able to fit 3 paci's in at a time and they are sterilized within about 5 minutes.
